* 2002

- Arumpoom was founded, started the web site, withanimal.net

- Participated "Walk for Noorungyi Love," the campaign sponsored by the united animal protection organizations

- Professor Ahn Yong- Geun's protest against the instant food and the cosmetics made by dog

- Human protest under the wire net with PETA at Duk- Soo Palace

- Sent protesting emails and performed the solitary protest regarding live burial of pigs infected by measles

- Held "The Memorial Service for Nurungyi" as the event for the eve of the last dog days

- Started the campaign for abolition of dog meat soup and the administrational actions, Co- sponsored the second concert of "I Love Nurungyi" jointly with Earth Love

- Prepared the suggestions for revising animal protection law of Agricultural Department in 2002

- Started the fund raising for moving the old permanent shelters jointly with many animal protection organizations



* 2003

- Developed neutralization campaigns through Arumpoom's neutralization surgery with no charge

- Attended MBC Dog Fair, Spread out the campaign for the love for companion animals and the campaign for the adoption of  abandoned animals

- Started "2003 Aumpoom's Cushion Project to Present Love"

- Founded Arumpoom's Tae- Baek Arum Garden (the shelter for rejected dogs from adoption due to disabilities or age)

- Produced and distributed "The Memory of One Summer Day" (the computer movie file of Bokshilyi)

- Submitted  the maintenance proposal for abandoned dogs and the adoption project for the abandoned dogs in BoonDang shelter

- Produced the music video "Hae- Tal" to protest dog- eating

- Participated the campaign " Entrusting Nurungyi"by the united animal protection organizations in Dae- Hak- Ro

- Spread out the campaign for the adoption of abandoned dogs jointly with My Club

- Submitted the protesting and proposing document regarding the ban that the Department Construction and Transportation put to prohibit companion animals from entering the parks

- Protested against Suh- Chon festival of dog meat soup and proposed the new concept of the festival

- Submitted the protest against the dissection of cats that occurred at Hwi- Moon High School and the alternative of educational dissection

- Participated the Beautiful Rummage Sale sponsored by the Beautiful Store



* 2004

- Attended the promotion meeting for the revision of the animal protection law and developed the actions for the revision

- Protested against the incorrect report of KBS environment special, "Pet's Great Counterattack" and attended the meeting on this subject

- Announced injustice of legalization and cultivation of dog- eating

- Jointly prepared the proposition of the revision of animal protection law

- Held the event "Koreans and Dog" and screened the clay animation "Love that happened 60 years ago"

- Prepared the informational documents, "The Plan for Protection and Control of Pet" by Seoul City Development and Study Center and submitted the written opinion on this subject

- Began food bank distributing garden project for animals

- Visited Korea Consumer Protection Center and presented the problems of their report on Pet and Parasite

- Spread out the campaign for abandoned animals, "One Pill Is Enough To Kill Parasite"

- Sponsored the fall rummage sale held by Arumpoom and The Beautiful Foundation to support abandoned animals

- Started the experiential education on how to love animals with the school children who dream of alternative schools

- Participated the campaign, "Korea Mix Dog Club Contest" with a writer, Park Jong- Hyuk of Gwang- Ju Biennale



* 2005

- Prepared the rebuttal report regarding the study of hygiene control policy of the federal affair regulation office

- Produced the cartoon, "The Truth of Legalization of Dog Meat"/ Distributed the materials and the computer movie files on protesting furs or animal skin

- Participated the associated rally of citizens for protesting legalization of dog meat (simultaneous rallies in Seoul, Dae- Gu and Gwang- Ju)

- Presented the report on the registration of companion animals through the revision of animal protection law

- Spread out the protesting campaign on the adoption of abandoned animals and the objection to dog- eating at the pets' marathon

- Attended the international conference of animal protection in Singapore (agreed to object the legalization  of dog meat in Korea)

- Participated in the relay solitary  protest on the subways against dog- eating

- Announced the statement on the birth of cloned dog, Snuppy

- Attended Prinji Festival at Hong- Ik University (showed the movie file, "The Last Stroll" by Yellow Dog)

- Sponsored the public citizen performance for protesting dog- eating with Hong Shin- Ja Dancing group, and also sponsored the performance by Gwon- No- Hae- Man

- Announced the statement of requesting  revocation of legalization of butcheries in Gim- Je

- Spread out the campaign for the adoption of abandoned animals jointly with UngJaDotCom and Lotte Mart

- Resumed the Distributing Garden, established KARA library

- KARA was officially approved as a non- profit organization




* 2006

- Sponsored the fund raising to rescue the abused dogs in Eum- Sung, Choong- Buk and provide the shelters to them

- Participated the protest against furs/animal skin, which was taking place simultaneously in the world

- The objection and request of correction to BBC and Korean government regarding the news coverage of dog- meat soup by BBC

- The objection and complaint to the district office of Nam- Dong Gu and the Blue House regarding the incident of Jang Soo- Dong's dog hell

- Held KARA private premiere of the film, The Story of Our Dog

- The proposal and the civil appeal against the proposition of the charge for the companion animals by the Congressman, Lee Young- Ho

- Presented the informational documents, Yellow Dog

- Established the international alliance with the foreign organizations for animals (such as PSPA of Philippines, SIND of the foreigners who reside in Korea)

- Started KARA serving groups (volunteer services, adoption campaigns for abandoned animals)

- Attended the informal meeting sponsored by the department of animal protection under the medical inspection center of the National Veterinary Medicine

- Held "2006 The Photo Exhibition For The Protection Of  Companion Animals" jointly with the congressman, Gong Sung- Jin

- Sponsored the performance for protesting dog- eating in InSa- Dong (the installation artist, Jung Hye- Seung, of Round Forest dancing group)

- Started bus campaign advertisement of protesting dog- eating
